PMP INCLUSION DAY 2025

On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, last 3rd December, the second edition of Inclusion Day was held at PMP’s headquarters in Coseano. Organized by PMP, Arte e Libro ETS and Confindustria Udine, the event marked a symbolic handover: PMP passed the project to Dr. Alessandro Brussi, President of Danieli Group, initiating the path toward the 2026 edition.

The heart of the meeting was the round table, which brought together the experiences of four companies: Gabriella Tavasani (Biofarma Group), Luigino Pozzo (PMP), Alessandro Brussi (Danieli Group) and Paolo Schneider Savio (MEP). Four different realities demonstrating how inclusion can have many shapes and how the first step, though challenging, is often the most important.

The contributions from public institutions offered cross-cutting messages: the Minister for Disabilities Alessandra Locatelli, Regione Autonoma Friuli Venezia Giulia Councillor Alessia Rosolen and Senator Giusy Versace highlighted the importance of valuing individual talents and responsibility to build more inclusive environments. After them, Katia Mignogna, President of Arte e Libro ETS, emphasized how putting people at the center can truly make a difference.

Rector of Università degli Studi di Udine Angelo Montanari shared the experience of the University of Udine, active both in infrastructure and through the Accademia delle Libere Abilità project, the first post-diploma educational model for young adults with intellectual disabilities. A special thank you to Marco, Dario and Monica for sharing their stories; to Elena Rocco and the students of Radio Magica & Accademia delle Libere Abilità, who turned those stories into emotion through their performance; to moderators Rossano Cattivello and Mattia Cimenti; and to designer Laura Bortoloni for the graphic facilitation.
